The 64 bit of Windows 7 Build 7077 is finally available for download! Shortly after the 32-bit windows 7 Build 7077 was leaked, the 64 bit version DVD ISO image can now also be found on major torrents tracker sites.

Notice that the ISO image file of the Windows 7 64-bit (x64) is considerably larger than its windows 7 build 7077 32-bit (x86) counterpart which is only 2.35GB.

Meanwhile, news has been spreading saying that Windows 7 Build 7079 of winmain_win7rc branch has been compiled internally in Microsoft, making Windows 7 Build 7077 unlikely to be the RC build. What’s even more interesting is that there are speculation that a latter build of Windows 7, Build 7016, with file name of 7106.0.090408-1623_x86fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULFRER_EN_DVD.iso and 7106.0.090408-1623_x64fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULXFRER_EN_DVD.iso, has been released to testers.
With all these event happening, Windows 7 looks very likely to reach its RC and RTM statuses pretty soon.
