Google Adsense: Give Me A Break

Google Adsense has been showing me with weird ads lately. I can’t say that they are irrelevant, because they are relevant to a certain extent. Let me explain.

See, my domain name is DavidTan.org. The way that adsense sees it *sometimes* sems to be on the *keyword* tan, whcih is actually my chinese surname 陈. Well in english, it can mean:

1. a browning of the skin resulting from exposure to the rays of the sun
2. a light brown the color of topaz

As a result, some of the adsense showing in DavidTan.org were something like this:

Really, this really made me laugh. I enjoyed the fact that adsense was doing its job. Maybe it just haven’t pick up the relevant keywords and content in my posts. It made me laugh, and the rest doesn’t matter too much anyway.
