So it’s another Ben Stiller movie, only this time he’s the director. Adding Jack Black and Tom Cruise to the movie seems to do the trick and I was practically drawn to watch the movie together with my friends. It was also the national number 1 movie for the first week it was released here in Australia. So that sounds like another good reason to pay the cinema a visit.
Well, the synopsis is basically about a group of actor who was shooting a war film and were then drawn into a real war with the vietcon without knowing it. I give it a rating of 3.5/5. The movie scence, visual and sounds effects were quite nice, made it looks realy alike to a typical war movie. Add some more big mouth talking and a couple of innocent looks by Ben Stiller (like he alwasy does) plus having the cute and fat “panda” Jack Black rolling around with his round tummy made us had a couple of good laugh.
We didn’t know that Tom Crusie was in the movie until the end of it. He was playing a role of a rich investor investing in the war film. No way that anyone ould have recognize that it was Tom Crusie but he did put up a good show.
Just be a liitle bit aware though that the movie has quite a few dirty talks and the f*ck word was mentioned quite often.
