I always hear people talking about time management. Yes, I know that’s important. But what’s even more imprtant is actually action management. It’s the habit of managing what action you take and choices you choose everyday that is more important then simply trying to manage your time.
Come on, let’s be fair, we all have 24 hours, right? But why can some people get something done faster and in a more efficient way? Well, I can think of several reasons:
1. They have a good systems
2. They work harder
3. They outsource or leverage
4. They know the ins and out (probably due to common sense, hard work and experience)
5. They discipline themselves to carry out only actions that are essential to achieving their goals.
6. They stayed focus + refocus on what they set out to do
You can have all the time in the world and try to manage it, but it’s the actions you take in the end that determines what output you get.
