If there were really a right, perfect, 100% safe, and cheap formula for lossing weight, what could it be?
I’m actually quite skeptical about so called beauty saloon which offers their customers (ladies usually) weight loss programs. Well, it depends what kind of advice they offer anyway. For those that involves exercise, I have no objection as I think that’s the healthiest, cheapest and easiest way to loss weight.
But for those which sell services, advices, and expensive creams that promise to burn fat by pasting some cream on your body+hands+hips or wherever, tells you that sauna burns fat, encourage you to buy more cream to burn your fat so that you can sit and do nothing is merely a joke.
Should people really buy into this BS? If you have the money, well, maybe yes. Even if you have some, there are so many other ways to make good use of it.
– How hard is it to take a 10-20 minutes walk everyday?
– How hard is it to run 30 minutes of 2-3 times every week (you can go to a gym or just pick a nice garden nearby where you live. I’m sure there is one if you look for one!)
– How hard is it to get up from your couch and stop reading my blog now and start doing 20 push ups + 20 sit ups + 20 side bench?
– How hard is it to watch your diet and forget about chocolate bars, McD, KFC, BK, pizzas and all those fatty food?
I’ve read and come to belive that you are, really, what you eat. So take care of your diet. As people grow older, your metabolism rate tends to become slower. Your doctor was right when they tell you that you should take care of your diet. But then, there are still doctors who smoke and die young of cancer and heart attack.
Seriously, it just takes discpline.

yes, i agree. It jus take discipline.
I went to a slimming centre many years back. Though they control your diet and body wrap for you, but they also get u to buy their dieting products which is very expensive, so everytime u c advertisements as cheap as few hundreds for xx no. of session, are all selling gimmicks. And the moment u stop taking their products – you are bak to square 1.
This is my way of dieting and it works for me.
Still take my breakfast daily, as for lunch, either take only fruits (as much as to make u feel full) and then have a light dinner, cos i usually have late dinners. Then over the weekend, will also take less food. Also lately with my group of office colleagues – we have green leafy vegetables for lunch (raw) – celery, lettuce, carrots, cherry tomatoes, sometimes with a little baugette n honeybaked ham. We have been eating this way for a few months, and the results we get were great. We really loose weight.
But once in a while we do indulge, but after the indugle, we will go bak to this vegetable diet.
On top of that, also your mindset. Remember this : THOUGHTS become things!
