This tip teaches you how to add or remove words from Microsoft Office Custom Dictionary. It can be really handy if you have added a misspelled word and wanted to remove it and add the correct spelling.
I assume most people are using Office 2007 or Office 2010 these days.
Microsoft Words Custom Dictionary
- In Words, Click the Office button at the top left corner and select Word Options
- Goto Proofing > Custom Dictionaries > Edit Word List…
- A windows with the title CUSTOM.DIC will open and you’ll be able to add new words/spellings to your dictionary or delete misspelled ones from it.
